The aim of our terms and conditions is to ensure that as our valued client, you are fully informed of your contract with BeauDeluxe upon booking or any interaction with our company. Our goal is for clarity and understanding. If there is anything we can help you with regarding these terms and conditions, please talk to us before placing your booking or order. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement or to modify or discontinue the services offered by us at any time.

BeauDeluxe will accept bookings on the basis of availability and location. A mandatory service fee starts from 39 AED up to 89 AED will be added to all sessions.

When a customer requests a job we may pre-authorise payment for the value of the job on the payment card provided. This pre-authorisation will be released if the job is cancelled or at the time of final payment, subject to our cancellation policy charges. We reserve the right to take the pre-authorisation amount in the event the payment for a job is not fully collected and you accept our right to do this.

In the event that you need to move or make any changes to your booking, please advise at least 2 hours before the scheduled appoimtment and the opportunity to move your booking is restricted to one time (at which service fee will be applied). No shows, cancellation of treatments without notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. All further treatments missed by the same client will result in a 100% charge. Please note once a booking is paid, BeauDeluxe does not offer refunds.

To facilitate effective and efficient service, it is crucial that you provide accurate and comprehensive information to BeauDeluxe, including your correct phone number and location details. The location information includes your complete address, along with any specific details such as villa, apartment or floor number.

Please also specify the type of location for the service - whether it's a residence, hospital, a hotel, or an office. If the service is to be provided at a hotel or an office, kindly provide the name of the hotel or business. The phone number you provide should be valid and able to receive calls and/or WhatsApp messages in case the provider or BeauDeluxe needs to contact you for any reason related to your service.

You acknowledge and agree that therapists strive to arrive at the scheduled time for all appointments. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, they may occasionally be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience as our providers make every effort to arrive on time and provide you with the best possible service.

If there is any aspect of your therapy that you are not happy with, please inform your therapist within 10 minutes of commencing your treatment. Continuation of therapy after this time will mean acceptance of the cost of service as shown on our website.

On buying a gift voucher with BeauDeluxe, there is no option of a monetary refund. The full value of a gift voucher needs to be used in one transaction. Gift vouchers have 90 days expiry period from the date of purchase.

Customers are encouraged to offer reviews in the form of Google rating or feedback for each other each time a booking is completed. You agree to provide a prompt review that is true and fully reflects your experience with the customer with who you have engaged.
