Our Hiring Process
BeauDeluxe screens candidates through five stages: written application and certification verification, interview with operations team, practical skills assessment with a senior therapist, identity and background verification, and a probation period of supervised shadow sessions before the first solo client.
Onboarding New Therapists
New therapists complete a structured first 30 days: BeauDeluxe protocol training (session flow, client communication, equipment handling), shadow visits with senior team members, and supervised practice sessions. No solo sessions until onboarding is signed off.
Professional Development
Quarterly workshops, certification reimbursement for advanced training, and peer learning sessions keep the team's skills current. Therapists who attend new technique training can offer that technique to clients only after internal certification.
Client Feedback Loop
Every session ends with a private client rating. Ratings below 4 stars trigger a review and retraining conversation within 24 hours. Therapists with repeated high ratings earn preferred therapist status and can be booked directly by returning clients.
Therapist Safety and Professional Standards
Professional Code of Conduct
Every BeauDeluxe therapist follows a documented code of conduct covering punctuality, dress, communication boundaries, session conduct, and client confidentiality. Code violations are investigated and, if confirmed, result in removal from the roster.
Hygiene and Equipment Protocols
Linens and towels disposable single-use. Massage tables sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant between every session. Oils hypoallergenic by default. PPE available on request. Symptomatic therapists automatically off-roster until cleared.
Therapist Licensing and Legal Standing
All therapists operate under BeauDeluxe's Dubai trade license as non-medical wellness massage professionals. Clients seeking medical massage therapy or physiotherapy should consult a medically licensed provider instead.
